Find the next step for your medspa marketing
Share your website and the business problem you want to solve. I review local visibility, service-page clarity and the enquiry path before recommending a scope.
Compare the work behind a medspa marketing quote
A useful proposal connects the scope to your practice priorities. I review your website, locations, services and enquiry route before discussing work and fees.
Start with the business problem and the locations in scope
Tell me whether your priority is local visibility, service-page clarity, enquiry quality or follow-up. List the actual locations and services involved, their available capacity, and the person responsible for responding to enquiries. A single-location review and a group rollout can require different work; the proposal should explain that difference.
What can change the scope of a quote?
- Website condition: existing page quality, edit access, mobile contact routes and documented technical issues.
- Locations and service priorities: distinct offices, brands, responsible reviewers and pages that answer different needs.
- Channels: SEO, website work, advertising, email or follow-up support included in the agreement.
- Measurement: which records are available, what can be verified and whether integrations require separate access or work.
- Review and handoff: who approves clinical descriptions, who supplies information and who implements each change.
Do not assume that a named package includes every channel, a website rebuild or a particular publishing volume. Ask for the actual deliverables and dependencies.
How I scope and quote the work
I start with your website, locations, service priorities and the main problem to investigate. I separate one-off corrections from ongoing implementation and reporting. The written proposal should state deliverables, review owners, access dependencies, exclusions, fees and payment terms before you commit. Request the actual quote for that scope rather than treating a package name as a price.
Separate agency fees from other spending
A proposal should identify ongoing agency work, any setup or migration work, advertising spend, software, photography and other outside costs separately. Confirm which costs are included, which are optional and which are paid directly to a platform or supplier. I do not establish a fee or contract term through a generic example on this page.
Compare proposals with the same checklist
| Item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Scope and locations | Services, offices, pages and channels included; explicit exclusions. |
| Delivery responsibility | Named review owner, implementation responsibilities and access dependencies. |
| Fees and outside costs | Agency work, media, software and one-off work listed separately. |
| Reporting | Definitions for enquiries, relevant contacts, bookings and attendance; attribution limits. |
| Ownership | Who controls the domain, website, ad accounts, analytics and content. |
| Terms and handover | Actual payment, renewal, cancellation, export and handover arrangements. |
Use your own completed reporting period for budget review
Define the spending included in the period and reconcile it with verified enquiries and booking outcomes. Cost per verified enquiry is included spending divided by verified enquiries. Cost per attended consultation uses attended consultations as the denominator. Keep periods and cohorts aligned; with no outcomes or incomplete records, the ratio is not established.
A traffic increase, form start or phone tap does not establish revenue. Revenue or contribution review needs the practice’s verified aggregate figures and agreed definitions. I do not promise a payback date or transfer another practice’s result to yours.

Questions to ask before committing
Can I request a focused scope?
Describe the bottleneck and the access available. The initial review can identify a focused set of work; confirm its inclusions and dependencies in the proposal.
How soon should I expect a return?
That depends on starting conditions, scope, review and actual outcomes. Agree on a baseline and completed-period review rather than treating a calendar milestone as an ROI guarantee.
What happens if I change providers?
Check the written terms for ownership, exports, cancellation and handover. Confirm practical access to accounts and content before work starts.
