Retention

Born from a single
frustration: silos.

In 2020 our founder watched his clients pay three different agencies for design, ads, and SEO — and watch each one blame the other when revenue slipped. Sprout Sage was built to end that finger-pointing. One agency. One strategy. One number that matters.

S

Start

Audit, discover, define. We start by understanding your numbers, your buyer, and the highest-leverage moves you are not making yet.

S

Scale

Brand, site, SEO, paid media, content — built in parallel by one team. Weekly demos, full transparency, no agency theatre.

Success

Compound. Most clients stay 12-24 months because the work keeps earning. ~96% retention is not an accident — it is the model.

Capabilities

Nine in-house
disciplines.

Founder

Built by a senior team
that actually ships.

I started Sprout Sage because I was tired of watching good operators get fleeced by agencies who optimised for retainer length instead of revenue. Five years later that thesis still holds. Every client gets one team, one strategy, one accountable owner.

We do not chase logos. We chase outcomes. The work that compounds is rarely the work that wins awards — we have learned to be comfortable with that, and our clients have learned to love it.

About

Frequently
asked.

How do you handle revisions and feedback rounds?
+
Most engagements include three rounds of revisions per major deliverable. I send a Loom walkthrough of every milestone so you can review at your own pace, then we align via a 30-minute call. If we need a fourth round, we discuss whether scope changed — and adjust honestly. No surprise change orders.
Will I work directly with you or with a junior team member?
+
You work with me directly on strategy and major reviews. I have a small senior team that handles execution — design production, development, content writing, ad operations — but I personally review every deliverable before it leaves the studio. No account managers, no offshore handoffs you cannot reach.
What tools and platforms do you use?
+
For design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Spline for 3D. For development: Next.js, WordPress with Elementor or custom themes, Webflow, Shopify. For SEO: Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Surfer. For ads: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, looker dashboards. For project management: Notion + Slack. I do not gate-keep tools — happy to share access to anything we use on your project.
Do you sign NDAs and protect confidential information?
+
Yes. Mutual NDAs available before any discovery call. All client work stays under tight access controls — only the team members directly working on your project can view files. After project close, I retain working files for two years for support purposes, then archive securely. Nothing goes into public portfolio without written approval.
How do you measure success after launch?
+
We agree on 3-5 KPIs before kickoff — usually a mix of leading indicators (traffic, engagement, click-through, time on site) and lagging ones (form submissions, calls, revenue, qualified pipeline). Monthly reports show movement on all of them, with a plain-English summary of what we shipped, what worked, and what is next. No vanity metrics. No 60-page PDFs you will never read.
Do you offer ongoing support and retainers?
+
Yes. After project delivery, you can move to a monthly retainer (typically 8-20 hours per month) for continuous improvement — A/B testing, content additions, performance optimization, new feature builds. Or pay hourly for ad-hoc work. Most clients stay on retainer for at least six months because compounding work outperforms one-off projects.
What is your typical client engagement length?
+
Project work runs 4-14 weeks depending on scope. Retainer clients average 18 months — most started with one project, saw results, and expanded the relationship. My longest active client is now in year four. I am playing for retention, not transactions.
What happens if we are not happy with the work?
+
First — we will not let that be the outcome. I check in weekly via Loom and Slack so issues surface early, not at the end. If something is not landing, we pause, diagnose, and adjust the approach. Every engagement carries a 14-day satisfaction window post-launch where any reasonable refinement is included at no extra cost.
When was Sprout Sage Solutions founded?
+
Sprout Sage was founded by Mandeep Singh, with the mission of unifying brand, website, SEO and paid acquisition under a single accountable team.
What does Triple S stand for?
+
Start · Scale · Success. The three phases every client moves through: discovery and strategy, building and launching, then compounding the work to long-term success.
Where are your team members based?
+
Senior strategists in India with project teams operating across the US, UK, Israel, Canada and India. Timezone overlap with every client is contractually guaranteed.
What industries do you serve?
+
B2B SaaS, DTC, professional services, healthcare, beauty & aesthetics, education, hospitality, real estate. Anywhere bold brand and disciplined growth pay off.
How do I start?
+
Book a 30-minute strategy call from any page on the site. We will tell you exactly what we would ship in your first 90 days and whether we are the right fit. No pitch deck.
Who actually does the work — you, or contractors I'll never meet?
+
I do the strategy, account management, and most of the execution directly. For specific deliverables — motion graphics, advanced development, certain writing specialisms — I work with a vetted network of specialists I've built relationships with over years. You'll always know who's working on what. I don't mark up mystery subcontractors or obscure who's touching your account. If a specialist is involved, I'll introduce them, they're briefed by me, and I review their work before it reaches you.
How do we communicate during a project?
+
Primary channel is email, with project updates tracked in a shared Notion or Trello board. For onboarding and key milestone reviews, I schedule video calls. I respond to emails within one business day, usually faster. If something is urgent — a site's down, an ad account's been suspended — I have a contact protocol for that which I'll give you at onboarding. I don't disappear between reports, but I also don't context-switch every 20 minutes at the cost of the actual work.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
+
Mostly SMBs in the $500K–$5M revenue range that have outgrown DIY marketing but aren't ready for a full in-house team. Service businesses, e-commerce brands, professional practices, SaaS companies. Geographically I work across Canada, the US, UK, and Israel — the work is remote-first so location rarely matters. What I look for isn't a specific industry, it's a business where the owner takes marketing seriously and wants to build something sustainable.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
+
I don't offer money-back guarantees on marketing outcomes because no one can honestly control how an algorithm behaves. What I do guarantee is the work itself: deliverables meet the agreed brief, revisions are handled within the agreed scope, and if something I built is broken, I fix it. For project work, everything is scoped in writing before I start. For ongoing services, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. My guarantee is clear scope, honest reporting, and showing up when something needs attention.
Do I own everything — designs, content, ad accounts, website?
+
Yes. Full ownership of everything I produce transfers to you on final payment. Ad accounts are set up in your name. Websites are built on your hosting. Brand files are delivered to you. I don't use shared licences or agency-owned accounts that tie your business to my continued involvement. I retain the right to show completed work in my portfolio — that's in every contract. If your project is confidential and you'd rather I didn't show it publicly, tell me and I'll respect that.
What does onboarding look like for a new project?
+
After you sign the contract and pay the deposit, I send a project-specific onboarding questionnaire covering your brand, audience, goals, and account access requirements. We do a 45-minute kickoff call to go through your answers, align on priorities, and set the timeline. I spend the first week on research and setup before any deliverables start. The questionnaire takes about 20–30 minutes and it's the most valuable time you'll invest in the project — the more specific you are, the better the work I produce.
