Medspa Lead Generation That Books Real Consults (Not Just Form Fills)

MEDSPA LEAD GENERATION

Medspa Lead Generation That Books Real Consults (Not Just Form Fills)

A form fill is not a patient. I build lead engines that capture the inquiry, respond in seconds, follow up until it books, and put a real consult on your calendar. Founder-led, transparent pricing, no contract, and you own every lead.

Founder-led · 9 yrs · transparent pricing · no contract

Mandeep Singh

Mandeep Singh, FounderI answer your first call personally. No junior handoff.

Why most medspa lead generation fails

Most medspa owners I talk to do not actually have a lead-volume problem. They have a lead-conversion problem, and the lead-gen industry has trained them to fix the wrong thing. So they buy more leads, the leads do not book, and they conclude lead gen does not work. The real failures are specific.

The first failure is counting form fills as wins. An agency sends you a dashboard with 60 “leads” this month and calls it a success. But a form fill is not a patient, and a patient is not revenue until they show up and pay. When you trace those 60 form fills to actual booked consults, the number is often single digits. The metric that matters is booked consults, and most agencies never report it because it makes them look bad.

The second failure is speed-to-lead. A medspa lead is usually price-shopping. They filled out forms on three practices’ sites in the same ten minutes. The practice that responds first and books them wins, and the rest never hear back. Yet most medspas reply in hours, and after closing time they do not reply at all. Every after-hours inquiry that hits voicemail is a consult that booked somewhere else.

The third failure is no follow-up. The lead that does not book on first contact is not dead, it is just not ready. They are comparing, saving up, waiting for an event. Most medspas contact a lead once, get no answer, and give up. A single follow-up touch recovers a meaningful share of these. A structured multi-touch sequence recovers far more. Nobody is doing it.

The fourth failure is shared leads. Some lead vendors resell the same inquiry to multiple medspas in your city. You are not buying a lead, you are buying a race against your competitors for a person who is already annoyed at getting three calls. I never touch shared leads, and neither should you.

What I build: a lead engine, not a lead list

I do not sell you leads. I build you a machine that produces leads you own, then makes sure those leads actually book. The engine has four parts, and I build whichever ones your practice is missing.

Capture. A converting landing page from $300, built around one treatment or one offer, with the form, the trust signals, the before-and-after proof, and the call-to-action arranged for the way medspa buyers actually decide. A general homepage converts at a fraction of a focused landing page. If you are running ads or driving traffic to a generic site, you are leaking most of it here.

Respond. The instant a lead comes in, an automated SMS goes out acknowledging them and offering a booking link, and after hours an AI voice agent picks up the phone, qualifies, and books straight into your calendar. This is the speed-to-lead fix, and it is the single highest-impact change most medspas can make. In one Phoenix engagement the AI voice agent booked 47 after-hours calls in the first 30 days that would otherwise have gone to voicemail.

Follow up. A multi-touch sequence works every lead that does not book on first contact: SMS, email, and a callback prompt, spaced over days, until they book or opt out. No lead falls through the cracks because a human forgot.

Nurture. Leads that are not ready go into a drip that keeps your practice top of mind with treatment education, seasonal offers, and social proof until they are ready to book. Reactivating warm leads and dormant patients is the cheapest revenue a medspa has, and most practices ignore it entirely.

To feed the engine with organic leads, I add SEO from $1,500 a month so you are not renting all your traffic from ad platforms forever. The capture-and-booking automation is documented in the case study where it was part of a 30% revenue lift.

My pricing, published in full

I publish my prices because lead-gen agencies that hide them usually charge per-lead rates that quietly cost more than a flat fee, and per-lead pricing rewards the agency for volume regardless of whether the leads book. Here are the three pieces most medspa lead engines are built from. The full menu is on the medspa marketing pricing page.

$300 is the landing-page floor. The AI capture build at $2,000 is where most practices see the fastest return because it works the leads you are already getting and losing. If you have a $200 budget for the whole thing, the honest answer is to start by fixing your response time manually before you pay anyone.

Sprout Sage vs a big agency vs in-house vs a freelancer

The honest comparison for lead generation specifically.

A big agency wins if you want to outsource a high-volume paid-media operation across many channels and have the budget for it. In-house wins if you can keep someone busy full-time. A freelancer wins on price if you can manage them. I win when you want a senior-built, exclusive lead engine at a transparent price, with the operational pieces that actually turn leads into booked consults, and no contract.

The AI automation difference: 30% revenue lift in 60 days

The reason my lead engines book consults instead of collecting form fills is that I treat capture, response, and follow-up as one system. A Phoenix-area medspa proved it. Four injectors, roughly est. 400 booked appointments a month, a 25% no-show rate, and after-hours calls dying in voicemail.

The lead-side levers were the fast ones. The AI voice agent booked 47 after-hours calls in the first 30 days against 142 inbound calls, revenue that was previously walking out the door every evening. The reactivation campaign worked a 612-contact dormant list and brought 73 patients back in 60 days. The follow-up cadence stopped leads from going cold. Combined with the no-show, rebook, review, and membership fixes, measured revenue lifted 30% by day 60.

The point for lead generation: the cheapest, fastest leads a medspa has are the ones it is already getting and losing. Before I send you chasing more traffic, I make sure the leads you have stop leaking. The full lever-by-lever math is in the medspa AI automation case study.

What month one, two, and three look like

Month 1. Audit and build. I review your current lead flow, your response time, and your booking funnel in week one. If a landing page is the play, it ships inside 7 days. The AI capture automation starts building, with Twilio carrier registration submitted on day one because it can take up to three weeks. By the end of month one the instant-response piece is usually live and you stop losing after-hours inquiries.

Month 2. The engine runs. Full capture, response, follow-up, and nurture are live and working every lead. If SEO is feeding organic leads, the first content batch is published and Google Business Profile velocity is building. The monthly report now ties leads to booked consults so you see the real conversion path, not just the top-of-funnel count.

Month 3. The compounding shows. Follow-up and nurture sequences have recovered leads that would have died in month one. Organic leads from SEO start arriving. The booked-consult number, the one that matters, is measurably higher than your baseline. Most clients have their “this is actually working” moment here.

I will not promise you a specific number of leads by Friday. What I will promise is that every lead the engine touches gets worked until it books or opts out, and you will see the booked-consult number in every report.

Exclusive leads vs shared leads, and why it matters

This distinction decides whether lead generation is worth paying for at all, and most owners do not learn it until after they have wasted money. A shared lead is an inquiry the vendor sells to several medspas in your city at once. An exclusive lead belongs only to you.

When you buy shared leads, you are not buying a prospective patient, you are buying a place in a race. The same person who filled out one form is now getting calls from three or four practices, is annoyed before you reach them, and books with whoever happened to call at the right moment or offered the steepest discount. Your close rate on shared leads is a fraction of what it is on exclusive ones, and the lead vendor wins either way because they sold the same lead four times.

Everything I build produces exclusive leads, because they come in through your own landing pages and your own Google Business Profile, into your own CRM. You are not competing with other practices for the same inquiry. You own the channel that produced the lead, which means the cost per lead falls over time as the channel matures, instead of staying flat forever the way purchased leads do. This is the structural difference between renting leads and owning a lead engine, and it is the whole reason I refuse to touch shared-lead vendors.

There is also a trust dimension. A patient who reached you through your own site or your own Business Profile chose you specifically, so the conversation starts warm. A patient pulled off a shared-lead list got passed around like a commodity, so the conversation starts defensive. The exclusive lead is not just cheaper over time, it converts at a higher rate and shows up as a better patient, because the relationship began on the right footing instead of in a bidding war you did not know you had entered.

The treatment-level economics behind a good lead

Not all medspa leads are worth the same, and a lead engine that ignores treatment economics wastes effort on the wrong inquiries. A $200 Botox lead and a $4,000 body-contouring lead deserve different handling, different follow-up intensity, and different nurture.

For high-ticket treatments like Morpheus8, CoolSculpting, or a body-contouring package, the consult is a considered decision and the follow-up sequence needs to be longer and more educational, because the patient is researching and comparing for weeks. For injectables like Botox and filler, the decision is faster and more local, so speed-to-lead and the Google Business Profile matter most, and the follow-up can be shorter and more offer-driven. I build the engine to handle both, routing leads by treatment so the expensive prospects get the patient, education-heavy nurture and the impulse prospects get the fast booking path.

This is also why I track booked consults and, where possible, booked revenue rather than raw lead count. Fifty Botox inquiries and five body-contouring inquiries are not interchangeable, and a report that only shows total leads hides which part of your engine is actually producing revenue. The monthly report ties leads to treatment and to booked consults so you can see where the real value is coming from.

Compliance: capturing medspa leads without creating liability

Lead generation in a medical-adjacent vertical carries compliance obligations that generic lead gen does not, and I build with them in mind.

Patient and prospective-patient data is sensitive under HIPAA-adjacent expectations, so I store lead data in systems you own and control, with consent captured correctly at the form, rather than scattering it across agency tools. SMS follow-up must respect carrier and consent rules, which is part of why the Twilio registration step exists and why every sequence includes a clean opt-out. And any before-and-after proof used on the landing pages follows the FTC rules: genuine, representative, and consented. None of this is legal advice, and I will point you to your own counsel for anything genuinely gray, but the working knowledge keeps the lead engine on the right side of the lines by default.

What I do not do

So there are no surprises: I do not sell or resell shared leads, ever. I do not personally run paid ad accounts; I build the conversion side and partner with a paid-media specialist when you need traffic managed. I do not buy lead lists or run incentivized junk-fill campaigns that inflate the count with people who will never book. And I do not lock you into a contract to mask a slow start. The lead engine earns its keep month to month or you cancel.

Frequently asked questions

What does medspa lead generation cost with you?

Usually a converting landing page from $300 plus either SEO from $1,500 a month to feed it or AI automation from $2,000 one-time plus $400 a month to capture and book existing leads. Most medspas start around $1,800 to $2,000 in the first month. I publish every number.

Do you sell leads or generate them exclusively?

I never sell shared leads. Everything I build generates leads that belong only to you, on your domain, in your CRM, in your name. You own the channel, not just the contacts.

Why do I get form fills but no booked consults?

Almost always speed-to-lead and follow-up. Leads contacted within five minutes convert far better than ones contacted an hour later, and most medspas reply in hours or not at all after hours. I fix it with instant SMS, an after-hours AI voice agent, and a multi-touch follow-up sequence.

Do you make me sign a contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month, flat fee, no minimum term. If the lead engine is not earning its keep in month one, fire me.

How fast can the lead engine go live?

A landing page ships in 7 days. The AI capture-and-booking automation takes 30 to 60 days, mostly due to Twilio carrier registration. SEO is a 60-to-90-day compounding play. Fastest first leads come from the landing page plus traffic, or automation working your existing inbound.

What is speed-to-lead and why does it matter?

It is how fast you respond to a new inquiry. A lead worked in the first five minutes converts far better than one worked an hour later, and most never get worked after hours. My automation responds in seconds, 24/7.

Will the AI voice agent really book appointments?

Yes. In one Phoenix engagement it took 142 after-hours calls in 30 days and booked 47, calls that would otherwise have hit voicemail. It qualifies, answers common questions, and books into the calendar. You can listen to recordings and tune the script.

Do you run the ads too?

I build the landing pages, capture automation, follow-up, and SEO. I do not personally run paid ad accounts; it is a different specialty. If you run ads, I make every click convert harder. If you need ads managed, I refer a specialist and integrate.

What happens to leads that do not book right away?

They go into a nurture sequence, not the trash. Most medspa leads are comparing or waiting. The drip keeps your practice top of mind until they are ready. Reactivating warm leads is the cheapest revenue a medspa has.

How do I know the leads are real?

Every lead is captured on your own form, validated, and logged in your CRM with source attribution. No purchased lists, no incentivized junk, no shared-lead reselling. The report ties leads back to booked consults.
