Best Dental Marketing Agencies: 5 Compared on Price and Contract

I run a marketing agency, so this list is not neutral and I will not pretend otherwise. What it is instead is checkable. Every competitor claim below was verified on that company’s own site on 5 September 2026, and where an agency suits your practice better than mine, that is what the entry says.

Looking to hire rather than DIY? I run dental marketing agency services on published pricing with no contract. Billed monthly, and everything I build stays yours from day one. Book a free 30-minute call

I reviewed the public pages of four dental marketing agencies before writing this. Three publish no price anywhere on the homepage. None of the four state contract length, notice period, or who keeps the website and the Google Business Profile when you leave. The one thing every dentist wants to know before the call is the one thing nobody writes down.

The comparison

AgencyPrice published?Contract terms published?Best for
ProSitesNoNoPractices wanting website plus hosting bundled
Lasso MDPartial, a figure appears on the homepageNoGrowth-stage practices and small groups
Golden ProportionsNoNoPractices wanting brand and identity work

Sprout Sage SolutionsYes, from $800 per monthYes, billed monthly, no minimum termSingle-location practices and small groups

The number that actually decides your budget

Dental marketing gets discussed in monthly retainers when it should be discussed in cost per new patient. A retainer of $2,000 that produces twenty new patients is cheap. A retainer of $900 that produces three is expensive. The monthly figure alone tells you almost nothing.

What makes dentistry different from most local businesses is lifetime value. A new patient who stays is not worth one cleaning, they are worth years of hygiene visits plus whatever restorative work follows. That changes what you can afford to pay to acquire one, and it is why the practices that win locally are usually the ones who worked out that number before hiring anybody.

Work out yours first. Then the retainer question answers itself.

What dental marketing costs

Published dental marketing retainers sit in a wide band, roughly $1,000 to $5,000 per month depending on whether ad management and content production are included. According to Lasso MD’s homepage, checked 5 September 2026, they surface a figure publicly, which puts them ahead of most of this category on transparency.

My own pricing is $800 per month to start and $1,500 per month for the core plan, billed monthly with no minimum term. The site, the content, the ad account and the Google Business Profile stay in your name throughout.

Four questions worth asking every one of them

Who owns the website when the relationship ends? Bundled website-and-hosting offers are common in dental specifically, and they are the arrangement most likely to leave you unable to take your site with you.

Whose name is on the Google Ads account? Ad history makes future campaigns cheaper. Losing it resets you to zero.

What is the notice period, in days? Ask for the number, not for reassurance.

Who writes the content? Dentistry is a health topic, so pages get held to a higher standard by Google than a plumber’s would. Ask who is writing, and whether a clinician reviews it.

Where each one genuinely fits

ProSites suits practices that want the website and hosting handled as one package and are comfortable with that trade.

Lasso MD is the most pricing-transparent of the four and is built for growth-stage practices and small groups.

Golden Proportions does brand and identity work properly. If your problem is that the practice looks dated rather than that the phone is quiet, start there.

Firegang focuses on new-patient acquisition volume.

Sprout Sage Solutions, mine, fits single-location practices and small groups who want the price before the call. If you are a thirty-location DSO needing a large account team, I am the wrong answer and I will say so on the call.

Read this part sceptically

Agencies change pricing constantly, and one day’s snapshot is exactly that. Verify anything here before you act on it, mine included.

If it helps, book a free 30-minute call and I will tell you which of these five suits your practice, including when it is not me. The terms I would refuse to sign are in marketing agency contract terms worth refusing, and the ownership question is covered in who owns your website when you fire your agency.
